The History of Fabio's Real Estate Team

          Fabio started his real estate team over 12 years ago in Big Lake, MN at a point in his career when he could no longer personally serve the large volume of new and repeat clients who wanted to work with him. In an effort to give his clients the kind of service that Fabio is known for and to be able to oversee each and every transaction, he brought together a few experienced agents who shared his devotion to clients, knowlege of the market and skill in fields of negotiation, financing and communication.

The Fabio Lopez Real Estate Team was born - and Fabio could breathe.

Winters in Minnesota can be brutal on just about everything that experiences them and Fabio was no exception. In the winter of 2006, he started to dream of warmer climates and after a thorough search of the Southeast, decided on Lake Norman, NC as his new home in the fall of 2007.

Now Fabio's Real Estate Team sells real estate Southern Style, when in reality, nothing has changed (we've always been friendly). Well... except that we wear shorts and polo shirts now,  rather than boots and wool sweaters.. and we'd take our convertables over snow chains anyday!

Formerly an Owner/Broker of two separate Re/Max offices and franchise Owner/Operator, Fabio has 13 years of experience as an Agent/Broker, specializing in the team concept. Fabio's goal is to always provide Fast, Professional Service. He and his team specialize in selling Lake Norman real estate including existing homes, new construction, and vacant land zoned residential or commercial. Fabio is extremely versed in lake property on Lake Norman, having a personal residence on the lake himself. 
 
Fabio's hobbies include flying, boating and spending time with friends & family - when not working. His performance and love for the business are clear. "Selling Lake Norman by Land, Air, and Water"

A native long islander but a southerner at heart, Mike has sold real estate as a buyers agent in both Virginia and North Carolina for the past 2 years. It was the lake that drew Mike to North Carolina and it is no surprise that he loves to sell property on and around Lake Norman.

Mike joined the team in the spring of 2008, and there hasn't been a dull moment since.
